The Department of Computer Science hosted a warm Welcome Party for Batch 2025, organized by Batch 2024.
The event was graced by the A/Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. S. Kamran Afaq and the Dean of Engineering Prof. Dr. Junaid Ali Khan, and was successfully managed under the supervision of the Chairperson, Department of Computer Science, Dr. Taj Rahman.

WellMinds club recently organized a mental health awareness walk on October 29, 2025, bringing together our university community to prioritize mental well-being and break the stigma attached to it. A huge thanks to everyone who participated and contributed to this important initiative!

This event is a testament to our university's dedication to nurturing a caring and inclusive environment. We're proud to provide a platform for open conversations and growth.

Welcoming the Fall 2025 Intake!
New students were introduced to university life through an engaging orientation session led by the Director Student Affairs, Director Admin, and respective Chairpersons. They explored campus facilities, learned about student societies, and experienced what makes HITEC life unique.

Today, we came together at HITEC University as one voice — to thank Allah Almighty and pay heartfelt tribute to the brave sons of our soil, *the Pakistan Army*. Their unmatched sacrifices and unwavering dedication protect our peace, freedom, and future.

The day began with a flag hoisting ceremony led by Professor Dr. Kamran Afaq, Vice Chancellor of HITEC University. At Iqbal Hall, the program continued with soulful Qiraat by Danish Pervaiz, powerful debates by Faraz Jaffri and Abdul Baseer, emotional poetry recitations by Ruqaya Atiq and Syed Sarmad Shah, and a moving Kalam-e-Iqbal by Arfa. Each moment reminding us of who we are and what we stand for.

The ceremony concluded with a heartfelt dua by Dr. Rabnawaz, Chairperson Islamic Studies Department, praying for strength, unity, and prosperity for our beloved homeland.

This was more than just a ceremony — it was our way of saying:

We see you. We salute you. We are proud of you.
