About This OBE Framework: In compliance with the guidelines of the Pakistan Engineering Council for Outcome-Based Education (OBE), HITEC University has undertaken a structured initiative to institutionalize OBE across all engineering programs. Accordingly, all academic activities in the Biomedical Engineering Department are conducted within a fully implemented OBE framework.
