Yes, as per PEC regulation No PEC/EAD/46-VCCM/Regulations/2003 dated 30 March 2023, candidates having combination of Physics, Mathematics and Computer Studies / Computer Science (ICS) or equivalent are eligible to apply for all the Engineering programs offered by HITEC University, but they have to clear Chemistry as a remedial subject / course in the 1st Semester after admission.

Candidates, who already appeared in any NET series during current admission cycle, will also be able to update their choice preferences while applying for Series-4 or after the announcement of merit, before start of the selection process.

The graduates of BS Mechanical Engineering of HITEC university are considered equalent to the students graduated from any top university of the world which is on the charter of Washington Accord also many of the graduates have acquired the 476 skilled visa.
Yes, every year many final year projects (FYPs) are financed by different financing agencies and university itself, a big show of all FYPs is arranged every year as OPEN HOUSE where industrial representatives visit to find the projects of their interest and then finance them. Many FYPs are financed by IGNITE.
