Download Application form for Undergraduate Programs

NOTE: After Downloading the "Application Form", please do the following and send the form to the "Office of Registrar, HITEC University Taxila Cantt" by post or through courier:-

• Fill in all the columns and paste one copy of recent passport size photograph on the Application Form.
• Attach attested photocopies certificates/documents and two additional passport size photographs as mentioned in the "Application Form"
• Attach original Pay Order / Demand Draft of Rs 2000 in the favour of "HITEC UNIVERSITY"

• 24 July, 2012 is the last date for submitting the "Application Form"
• Entry Test will be conducted in HITEC University Campus on Saturday, 28 July, 2012 at 0930 Hours.
