Overview

The Department of Islamic Studies is an emerging seat of higher learning and research. Students are welcomed to pursue Bachelor, Master and PhD degree program, specializing in various areas of religious education. The department is envisioned to evolve into a center of excellence for producing enlightened scholars through extensive education and research. A hallmark of the department is to cognize the students about traditional and contemporary issues in the light of opinion of scholars from various Islamic schools of thought.
