Salary and Allied Facilities

SALARY

University offers attractive and competitive salary package commensurate with the qualifications and experience. Advance increments may be awarded considering the research output and qualifications/ experience.

ANNUAL INCREMENTS

All employees are awarded annual increments at prescribed rates as per Financial Regulations. Special increments are awarded on exceptional performance.

FACULTY DEVELOPMENT

The University encourages the faculty members to enhance their qualifications and expertise and provides liberal financial support for the faculty development.

CONTRIBUTORY FUND

University employees are entitled to the benefits of Contributory Fund on completion of prescribed service as per policy of the University.

TRANSPORT

Transport facility (pick and drop) is available from Islamabad and Rawalpindi on prescribed routes.

ACCOMMODATION

Limited family accommodation is provided to faculty if available in HITEC residential complex. Single faculty members are normally accommodated in students’ hostel.

PERSONAL LOAN

Employees are provided interest free personal loan equal to three months salary for meeting the personal needs. University also provides interest free loan to the employees for the purchase of laptops.

MEDICAL FACILITIES

University is negotiating health insurance policy for its employees with the leading health insurance companies where in 50 % premium will be paid by the University and remaining by the employee.
